Jogo Responsável
Gambling can be a fun form of entertainment, as long as it stays exactly that: a choice you make with a set amount of time and money, and one you can stop whenever you want. For some people, though, gambling gets out of control and starts to affect their finances, health, work and relationships. Gambling disorder is a recognized health condition — and it can be treated.
That is why we treat responsible gambling as a priority, in line with Brazil’s betting law (Lei nº 14.790/2023) and the regulations of the Ministry of Finance’s Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas — SPA/MF). On this page you’ll find principles for staying in control, the most common warning signs, the tools available in your account, a quick self-assessment — which doesn’t replace an evaluation by a professional — and contacts for organizations that offer free help. If any of this sounds familiar, don’t wait: the sooner you reach out, the easier it is to get back in control.
Think of gambling as entertainment that costs money, like a movie ticket or a night out. Never gamble to pay bills, clear debts or fix money problems.
Before you start, decide how much you can spend without touching rent, food or other essentials — and only use money you can afford to lose. When the budget runs out, the session is over.
Decide how long you’ll play and take regular breaks; session reminders help you keep an eye on the clock. Avoid playing when you’re tired, after drinking, or when you’re stressed, sad or angry.
Results are random and no strategy can guarantee a win, so losing is part of the game. Never raise your stakes to win back what you’ve lost — end the session and, if you want, come back another day.
Se você se reconhece em algum destes comportamentos, talvez seja hora de fazer uma pausa:
Ative quando quiser na sua conta. Reduções valem na hora; aumentos, só depois de um período de espera.

Gambling is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18, with no exceptions, under Lei nº 14.790/2023 and the Brazilian Child and Adolescent Statute (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente — Lei nº 8.069/1990). We ask you to confirm your age on your first visit, and we verify every player’s identity before the first deposit by checking their CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), an official ID document and a facial biometric scan. If we find an account opened by a minor, we close it immediately.
If there are children or teenagers in your home, a few simple steps help protect them:

At Nabete, responsible gambling is part of our everyday work, not just this page. Our team is trained to recognize signs of risk, and we monitor deposit and play patterns to spot worrying behavior; when we do, we reach out, may suggest limits and, if necessary, restrict the account. We verify the age and identity of every player and, as required by Lei nº 14.790/2023, we don’t accept bets from people diagnosed with gambling disorder (ludopatia) by a qualified mental-health professional. We also honor national self-exclusion requests in Brazil and never send marketing to anyone on a break or in self-exclusion.
If you need help setting up your tools, want to talk about your gambling habits or would rather close your account, contact our support team at soporte@nabete.com. We handle every conversation confidentially and respectfully, without judgment. And if you’re worried about someone close to you, several organizations on this page also support family and friends.
