To open an account you must be 18 or older, live in Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, or Brazil and have full legal capacity. Each person may hold only one account.

• Do not share your account or password with anyone.
• Do not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to hide your location.

Deposits and withdrawals can only be made with payment methods in the account holder's name. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and paid within 12 hours once identity verification is complete.

We may ask for additional documents before releasing a withdrawal whenever our risk review or the regulation requires it.

Each bet is confirmed when the system accepts it and cannot be cancelled afterwards. If a technical failure occurs, the round is voided and the stake is returned to your balance.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse, or that breach these Terms. The legitimate balance of a closed account is returned to its holder.
